Our company registered for the first 9 months of the year a turnover increase of 12% and 40% gross profit increase comparing to the same period of the last year. These results are showing an evolution above the general average profit market , which has constantly characterized our company’s evolution during the last years.

Therefore, according to the Report Q3 2011 of the Board of Administration the nett turnover for the first 9 months of the year 2011 was of 144,6 mil lei and the gross profit for the same period exceeded 5 mil lei.

Farmaceutica REMEDIA S.A. has chosen the listing at Bucharest Stock Exchange in 2009,  in a difficult moment of the capital market, meeting the transparency requirements of the investors. Our company  “managed to maintain or even to accelerate the rhythm of the business growth in the 3rd quarter 2011, mainly due to the development of the pharmacies network”, as mentioned in Ziarul Financiar article dated 17 November 2011.

Our company owns 8 logistic centers in Bucharest, Deva, Timişoara, Braşov, Craiova, Iaşi, Piteşti, Târgu Mureş, with a national cover of the distribution activity and REMEDIA chain of pharmacies – in a process of development all over the country.
