History

1991: Farmaceutica REMEDIA S.A. registered as regional distributor with its own chain of pharmacies in Hunedoara and Alba counties.

1994: Valentin Norbert TARUS founded V.TARUS RoAgencies SRL, for developing and strengthening strategic partnerships and representation relationships with famous international pharmaceutical companies.

2000: V.TARUS RoAgencies S.R.L. acquires the main shares package of Farmaceutica REMEDIA S.A., regional distributor with its own chain of pharmacies in Hunedoara and Alba counties.

2006: Farmaceutica REMEDIA S.A. merges with V.TARUS RoAgencies S.R.L. by absorption of the main shareholder.

2008: Inauguration of a new logistic center in Bucharest, according to GDP international standards.

2009: Farmaceutica REMEDIA S.A. is promoted and listed on Bucharest Stock Exchange 2nd category and Mr. Lutz STACHE, representative of AHG Vermogensverwaltungs, acquires 16,5% from the shares of Farmaceutica REMEDIA S.A.

2010: The turnover doubles since the business consolidation from 2006.

2011: REMEDIA Pharmacies network expands all over the country to 63 units, company turnover exceeds 50 mil. euro, EBIT of 1 million euro.
